Whatever the reason, whether you have a time constraint or you want our professional opinion, we can have someone help you through your decision by suggesting the best machines, products and combinations for you to consider. For that, our coffee consultants are ready to advise you on the best purchase depending on your requirements, consumption habits, preferences and mode of use.


2. Calibration

Once you’ve installed your machine and it’s up and running, take a few minutes to make sure the settings are in order. Calibrating your machine will help you ensure that you get the same desired results… every time.

3. AFTER-SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

If you ever have any questions or concerns regarding your product, you can request scheduled maintenance visits. By doing so, our maintenance team can pass by you periodically to make sure everything is running smoothly. Should you ever have a problem with your machine, we will make sure to provide you with a temporary replacement while we work or getting yours back to you, as good as new.


4. LOGISTICS

To cover the entire Lebanese territory, CORSO operates distribution centers in Beirut, Tripoli, Zahle and Sidon.
Product deliveries are monitored around the clock to ensure that your orders and requests get to you on time. Delivery hours are from Mondays to Fridays between the hours of 9AM to 4PM. For urgent requests on Fridays or during public holidays, CORSO has emergency teams on standby. For more information on distribution routes and pre-ordering, please contact the CORSO call center.

5. LONG-DISTANCE DELIVERIES & EXPORTS

Our delivery services extend to longer distances and across borders, depending on your needs and requirements. However, in order for us to better accommodate you, it would be advisable to file in your request in advance so that we can meet your expected delivery date.
